Want to know why Leica lenses are so $$$?

As an object of design, Leica M mount primes are as beautiful as the images they produce. Small, elegant, and built to last - a masterpiece of practicality. At this point, I'll confess I don't have much interest in shooting stills with anything other than Leica lenses. There's just something magical that happens through these tiny, hand made primes that's missing in every other lens I've worked with. You get exactly what you pay for.
